1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, and using the Jimmy Fat Masterson applications (the "App" or "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 8. Apple App Store Terms Compliance

This app is subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail. You acknowledge that:

• This App is licensed, not sold
• You agree to use this App only in accordance with Apple's usage rules
• You may not transfer or assign rights to this App
• You must comply with any usage rules set by Apple

9. Refunds and Returns

All refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store. Jimmy Fat Masterson does not process refunds directly. Please follow Apple's refund procedures by visiting your Apple ID account and selecting "Report a Problem" for the app purchase. Apple will handle the refund determination and processing.

10. User Accounts and Conduct

If the App requires account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App, including posting illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
